HAHN-Louvre Windows S9 can be
used wherever optimal adjustable ventilation is required, together with
an elegant aesthetic appearance and high degree of weather-protection once
closed. Typical examples are buildings for the industry, sports, kitchens,
stairways, conservatories and so on.
Since the glass louvres can be opened to more than 90 °, they are ideally
suited for heat and smoke exhaust, in combination with respective remote
controls. The modern use of glass in architecture with double-facades for
energy saving and sound control require extensive adjustable ventilation
to control the flow of air in-between, another ideal application of HAHN-Louvre
Windows S9.
If insect screens are required, the windows can be equipped with offset
bearings, which allow the glass blades to open mainly to the outside.

HAHN-Louvre Windows S9
are made of aluminium, either silver anodised or powder-coated in
any RAL colour. The control mechanism can be at either left or right
hand sides and is combined with the locking
system. Special handles can be incorporated for remote control. (By
request)
The glazing seals feature double weather strips with a nylon lip between.
The horizontal sections at the head and the sill use silicone profiles
to seal.

Sizes |

 |
 |
 |
 |
HAHN-Louvre Window S9
is produced with up to 8 louvres, which are controlled by one handle.
Larger sizes can be achieved by a combination of any of these basic
models. Our concealed operating system "Metro" allows
up to 12 louvres linked to only one handle (prefered link for remote
control). If the height of the opening cannot be made to suit the
louvre elements, the height of the louvres can be adapted accordingly.
Further, the height of the louvre blades can be increased up to a
maximum of 300 mm. Pending the glass-thickness it will be possible
to manufacture windows up to 1600 mm in width.
